How to Build and Apply Lather

Wet the bristle tips with warm water and shake out the excess. Work the brush over shaving soap or prepared lather using light circular movements, then apply the lather gently. Avoid pressing hard enough to spread or bend the bristles against the skin.

Rinsing and Drying

Rinse all soap from the bristles after each use, shake out excess water and allow the brush to dry completely in open air. Keep the wooden handle out of standing water and avoid prolonged soaking. Store only when dry, and replace the brush if the bristles loosen, develop persistent odor or no longer rinse clean.
