Cambric Fiber Drawstring Soap Pouch in Two Sizes

Each Cambric Fiber Drawstring Soap Pouch is made from loop-stitched cotton fabric commonly sold in the bath-accessory trade as “cambric.” The pouch holds a soap bar or smaller soap pieces while providing a lightly textured surface for wet cleansing and lathering.

Each pouch includes a drawstring closure with a wooden bead for securing the soap and hanging the pouch after use. Cambric is the trade name used for this fabric style; it is not a separate plant fiber.

Choose the Right Cotton Soap Pouch Size

• Small: approximately 5.5 × 3.5 inches
• Large: approximately 6 × 4.5 inches

Measure your soap bar before selecting a size, particularly if it is unusually thick or oversized. The pouch can also keep smaller soap remnants together as a bar wears down.

How to Use and Care for the Soap Pouch

1. Place the soap bar or soap pieces inside the pouch.
2. Tighten the drawstring and secure it with the wooden bead.
3. Wet the pouch thoroughly and work up a lather.
4. Use it gently on the skin or apply the lather by hand.
5. Rinse thoroughly and hang by the drawstring until completely dry.

Begin with light pressure and do not use on irritated, sunburned or broken skin. Fabric texture and weave may vary slightly. Replace the pouch if it develops persistent odor, discoloration, fraying or damage to the drawstring.
