How to Use

Sit in a stable chair and place the roller on a dry, level, non-slip floor. Rest one foot on the grooved surface and roll it slowly forward and backward. Begin with light pressure and increase only while it remains comfortable. Use the roller while seated; do not stand or balance your full body weight on it.

Do not use it on broken, irritated, swollen or painful skin. Stop if rolling causes pain, numbness, bruising or persistent discomfort. This product is a manual massage accessory and is not intended to diagnose, treat or prevent plantar fasciitis, heel spurs or another medical condition.

Cleaning and Care

Wipe the wooden roller with a slightly damp cloth, then dry it promptly. Do not soak it or leave it in standing water. Inspect the wood regularly and discontinue use if it becomes cracked, splintered or rough.
