Peruvian Loofah Soap Holster – Oval

Description

This oval Peruvian loofah soap holster combines a natural loofah pocket with a jute hanging string. It measures approximately 5.5 inches tall by 4.5 inches wide and is imported from Peru.

One loofah soap holster is included. The bar soap shown in the product photos is sold separately and is included only to demonstrate the holster’s size.

A loofah pocket for bar soap

Place a bar of soap that fits comfortably inside the oval pocket. Wet the holster thoroughly before use so the natural plant fiber softens, then work the covered soap between wet hands or against the body to create lather. Use light pressure and adjust it to your comfort.

How to rinse and hang it to dry

After use, rinse the loofah and soap residue thoroughly. Remove the soap bar when practical, gently press out excess water and use the jute string to hang the empty holster where air can circulate around it. Allow both the holster and soap to dry between uses.

Do not use textured loofah on broken, sunburned or irritated skin. Stop if use feels uncomfortable. Replace the holster when the fibers or hanging string become worn, it no longer dries fully, or an odor remains after cleaning.
